Equipped with multi-point locking mechanism ROTO Designo our CASEMENT windows give you perfect tightness when closed (The sash is evenly pressed against the frame on all sides to avoid any air leaks).
Large Openings
Using very strong ROTO Hardware, we can create large opening section without any bars or divisions, with sash weight up to 150 kg (or up to 2 square meters glass surface) which can be used as an effective fire escape - this complies with Irish Building Regulations (Source of data: Department of the Environment, Building Regulations 2006). The opening can be made as single, double or triple unit. Wide range of design possibilities, from top hung to side hung and various combinations of both. Available in many colours and wood patterns.
Energy Efficiency
All our CASEMENT windows are built using high quality class uPVC VEKA profiles and are equipped with energy efficient glass packages with U values from Ug=1.1 (double glazing 24mm thick) to Ug=0.6 (triple glazing 40mm). Overall U value of the whole frame (Uw) is as small as 0.99 Wm2k*

Security
The high level of security is provided by use of security strikers, specially designed ROTO SECUSTIK® handle and security cams/shootbolts that can be adjusted in terms of height and contact pressure. We can also deliver greater security level tailored to individual needs by adding mechanical or electronic security features like additional security strikers, alarm sensors SAFE+, SECUSTIK® handle with key or exterior roller blinds.
